Holdereasy.com retains ownership of all intellectual property associated with the Platform, including but not limited to software, branding, and content. Users retain ownership of their NFT collections but grant Holdereasy.com a license to display and distribute such content as needed to provide our services.

5. RULES OF CONDUCT

You agree that you will not violate any law, contract, intellectual property or other third-party right, and that you are solely responsible for your conduct and content, while accessing or using the Services.

By using Holdereasy.com, you agree not to:

– Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
– Upload or distribute content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
– Engage in behavior that disrupts or harms the Platform or its users.
– Circumvent security measures or attempt to access unauthorized areas of the Platform.

6. LICENSE TO ACCESS AND USE OUR SERVICES AND CONTENT

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform and its services in accordance with these Terms. This license does not grant you rights to reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without explicit permission.

7. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT AND SERVICES

Holdereasy.com may include links or integrations with third-party services. We do not endorse or control these third-party services and are not responsible for their content, functionality, or privacy practices. Use third-party services at your own risk.

Holdereasy.com is not a wallet provider, exchange, broker, financial institution, money services business, or creditor. Holdereasy.com provides a Web3 service that helps users discover and directly interact with each other and unique non-fungible tokens (“NFTs”) available on public blockchains. We do not have custody or control over the NFTs or blockchains you are interacting with and we do not execute or effectuate purchases, transfers, or sales of NFTs. To use our Services, you must use a third-party, supported digital cryptocurrency wallet (“Wallet”) which allows you to engage in transactions on blockchains and must register for an account on the Services (“Account”).

Wallets are not operated by, maintained by, or affiliated with Holdereasy, and Holdereasy does not have custody or control over the contents of your Wallet and has no ability to retrieve or transfer its contents. Holdereasy accepts no responsibility for, or liability to you, in connection with your use of a Wallet and makes no representations or warranties regarding how the Services will operate with any specific Wallet. You are solely responsible for keeping your Wallet secure and you should never share your wallet credentials or seed phrase with anyone. If you discover an issue related to your Wallet, please contact your wallet provider. Likewise, you are solely responsible for your Account and any associated Wallet and we are not liable for any acts or omissions by you in connection with your Account or as a result of your Account or wallet being compromised.

Holdereasy.com is not party to any arrangement or agreement between any users. You bear full responsibility for verifying the identity, legitimacy, and authenticity of NFTs that you purchase from third-party sellers using the Services and we make no claims about the identity, legitimacy, functionality, or authenticity of users or NFTs (and any content associated with such NFTs) visible on the Services.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Holdereasy.com is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform or its services.

Your access and use of the Services may be interrupted from time to time for any of several reasons, including, without limitation, the malfunction of equipment, periodic updating, maintenance, or repair of the Services or other actions that Holdereasy, in its sole discretion, may elect to take. Holdereasy.com may disable your Account or reclaim or reassign your username or associated URL without liability to you.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holdereasy.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or its services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the six months preceding the claim.

10. ABILITY TO MODIFY OR DISCONTINUE OPERATIONS

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any of its services at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any disruptions or loss of access resulting from such changes.
