Terms and conditions of use

These terms and conditions of use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Holdereasy platform, including the website holdereasy.com and the web application app.holdereasy.com (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Studio Lafabrique, an auto-entrepreneur registered in France (SIRET: 490 515 723 00016).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Holdereasy is an AI-powered crypto assistant that allows users to interact with blockchain data and crypto market information through natural language. The Service includes, but is not limited to:

Wallet analysis — reading and presenting publicly available on-chain data associated with EVM-compatible wallet addresses entered by the user.

AI plain-language chat — answering questions about crypto, the blockchain, tokens, protocols, and market trends using artificial intelligence and live data sources.

Price scanner — providing real-time token price information from third-party market data providers.

Whale movement monitor — surfacing significant on-chain movements from large wallet holders.

Crypto market trends — providing information on market narratives, sector activity, and on-chain signals.

Personalized dashboard — allowing users to pin AI-generated answers and data points to a custom dashboard.

The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice of any kind.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Holdereasy. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account, and to keep this information up to date. Studio Lafabrique reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately at contact@holdereasy.com.

Holdereasy offers two plans:

Billing. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, a third-party payment provider. Studio Lafabrique does not store your payment card information. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge the applicable fee to your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Cancellation. You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Price changes. Studio Lafabrique reserves the right to modify subscription pricing. You will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price change. Continued use of the Premium plan after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, access to Premium features may be suspended until the outstanding payment is resolved.

You agree to use Holdereasy only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

Misuse the Service — attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or extract data or functionality from the platform in an unauthorized manner.

Circumvent limits — attempt to bypass usage limits, access controls, or subscription restrictions through technical or other means.

Interfere with the Service — take any action that could damage, disable, or impair the platform's infrastructure or performance.

Violate applicable law — use the Service in any way that violates French, European, or other applicable laws or regulations.

Share access — share your account credentials or allow third parties to use your account.

Studio Lafabrique reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these conditions, without prior notice.

The information provided by Holdereasy — including AI-generated responses, on-chain data analysis, market data, whale movement alerts, and trend information — reflects publicly available data at the time of the query. It does not take into account your individual financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance.

You acknowledge that any decisions you make based on information provided by Holdereasy are made at your own risk. Studio Lafabrique shall not be held liable for any financial loss or damage resulting from reliance on the Service.

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. Past performance of any asset is not indicative of future results.

Holdereasy reads only publicly available blockchain data. When you enter a wallet address, we retrieve on-chain information (balances, transactions, DeFi positions) that is already publicly accessible on the blockchain.

We never request, store, or transmit private keys, seed phrases, or any credentials that could grant access to your crypto assets. You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys.

Blockchain data is retrieved via third-party data providers. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all on-chain data is complete, up to date, or free from errors at all times. Studio Lafabrique shall not be liable for any inaccuracies in blockchain data provided by third parties.

All elements of the Holdereasy platform — including the interface, branding, AI models, software, text, and graphics — are the exclusive property of Studio Lafabrique or its licensors, protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without the prior written consent of Studio Lafabrique.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Studio Lafabrique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service.

This includes, without limitation, any loss of data, loss of profits, financial losses resulting from investment decisions, or damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content or blockchain data provided by the platform.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Studio Lafabrique does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.

In any event, Studio Lafabrique's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination by you. You may close your Holdereasy account at any time from your account settings. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you hold an active Premium subscription, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Termination by Studio Lafabrique. Studio Lafabrique reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, in the event of:

— a violation of these Terms or any applicable law;

— fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive behavior;

— non-payment of a Premium subscription;

— any other reason that Studio Lafabrique deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Service or its users.

In the event of termination by Studio Lafabrique for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any prepaid subscription fees for unused periods will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

Studio Lafabrique reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. This includes adding or removing features, changing subscription plans, or updating the AI models powering the assistant.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes that materially affect their use of the Service. Studio Lafabrique shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Service, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably.

Failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts of France shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also have access to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms under applicable EU law.
