Who is Holdereasy for?
Holdereasy is designed for crypto investors who want to truly understand their holdings and the broader market, without needing to be technical experts. Whether you’re actively managing a portfolio or just getting started, Holdereasy gives you clear, accurate answers in plain language.
Is Holdereasy a financial advisor?
No. Holdereasy is an information and education tool. Everything it provides is factual and based on publicly available on-chain data. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, and Holdereasy should not be used as a basis for financial decisions.
How is Holdereasy different from a regular portfolio tracker?
A portfolio tracker shows you numbers. Holdereasy explains them. Beyond wallet analysis, you can ask questions about any token, protocol, or market trend and get a clear answer backed by live data. It’s a full crypto assistant, not just a dashboard. You can also pin answers to a personalized dashboard and interact with the blockchain entirely through natural language.
Is Holdereasy free to use?
Yes. Holdereasy offers a free plan that includes 5 lifetime AI questions, wallet analysis, and access to the price scanner. For unlimited questions and full access to all features, including whale monitoring, market trends, DeFi tracking, and the personalized dashboard you can upgrade to Premium for $14/month.
🔒 Security & Privacy
Do you need my private key?
Never. Holdereasy only requires your public wallet address, the same address you share when receiving funds. Your private key is the only thing that controls your wallet, and it should never be shared with anyone, including us.
Can Holdereasy move or access my funds?
No. Holdereasy is a read-only platform. We have no ability to initiate transactions, approve transfers, or interact with your wallet in any way. There is no scenario in which using HolderEasy puts your funds at risk.
Is it safe to connect my wallet?
Yes. Your public wallet address is already visible to anyone on the blockchain, it’s not sensitive information. Entering it in Holdereasy gives us no access to your wallet or funds. It simply tells us which address to look up on the blockchain.
Do you store or sell my data?
We do not sell your data. We store only what’s necessary to operate the service, such as saved wallet addresses and your chat history within the platform. All communications between your browser and Holdereasy are encrypted via HTTPS.
What if someone else enters my wallet address?
Because your wallet address is public on the blockchain, anyone can already look it up using a block explorer. Holdereasy doesn’t reveal anything that isn’t already publicly accessible. Your funds remain entirely safe regardless.

Absolutely. Holdereasy is a full crypto assistant, not just a wallet reader. You can ask about any token, protocol, market trend, on-chain activity, or blockchain concept, whether it’s related to your portfolio or not.
What is the personalized dashboard?
Any answer your assistant provides can be pinned directly to your personal dashboard. This lets you build a custom view of the metrics, data points, and insights that matter most to you, your portfolio performance, token prices, whale alerts, market signals. Your dashboard is entirely shaped by your conversations.
Can I use Holdereasy to learn about crypto?
Yes, and it’s one of the best ways to use it. Ask your assistant to explain any concept, protocol, or mechanism in plain language. How do liquidity pools work? What is impermanent loss? What’s the difference between layer 1 and layer 2? Holdereasy answers at your level, on demand.
Can I track multiple wallets?
Yes. You can connect and switch between multiple wallets. Premium users can manage all their wallets simultaneously, with full analysis and question capabilities across each one.

Which blockchains are supported for wallet analysis?
Holdereasy supports all major EVM-compatible blockchains for wallet analysis, including Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain, Arbitrum, Optimism, and Base. New chains are added regularly.
Can I ask questions about non-EVM blockchains like Bitcoin or Solana?
Yes. While wallet analysis is currently limited to EVM-compatible chains, your AI assistant can answer questions about any blockchain ecosystem, Bitcoin, Solana, and beyond. Ask about prices, protocols, market activity, or on-chain data across any major chain.
Is the data provided by Holdereasy accurate and up to date?
Yes. Holdereasy pulls live data directly from the blockchain and real-time market data providers. You get actual on-chain information, not estimates or cached snapshots. The data reflects the current state of the chain at the time of your query.
Can I track any public wallet address, not just my own?
Yes. Because Holdereasy reads only public blockchain data, you can analyze any public wallet address. This is particularly useful for tracking smart money, monitoring influential investors, or simply exploring what a specific address holds.
