How Holdereasy reads your wallet

Holdereasy is a read-only tool. We have no ability to access, move, or interact with your crypto assets. There is no scenario in which using Holdereasy puts your funds at risk, because we never hold them.
Public blockchain data only.
Everything Holdereasy reads is already publicly available on the blockchain. Your wallet address, your transaction history, your token balances, all of this is visible to anyone with a block explorer. We simply make it understandable.
Your address is not your identity.
Entering a wallet address in Holdereasy does not give us access to your wallet. A public address is like a postal address, anyone can see what’s delivered there, but no one can open your door without the key. We only see the address.
We never sell your data.
Holdereasy does not sell, share, or monetize your personal data. The only data we use is what’s necessary to operate the platform and improve your experience.

Can Holdereasy move my funds?
No. Holdereasy is a read-only platform. We have absolutely no ability to initiate transactions, approve transfers, or interact with your wallet in any way. We read public data, nothing more.
Is it safe to connect my wallet?
Yes. Your public wallet address is visible to anyone on the blockchain, it’s the address you share when you want to receive funds. Entering it in Holdereasy gives us no access to your wallet. It simply tells us which address to look up on the blockchain.
Do you store my wallet data?
We store only what’s necessary to operate the service, such as your saved wallet addresses and chat history within the platform. We do not store private keys, seed phrases, or any information that could be used to access your funds.
What if someone else enters my wallet address?
Because your wallet address is public information on the blockchain, anyone can already look it up using a block explorer. Holdereasy doesn’t reveal anything that isn’t already publicly accessible. Your funds remain safe regardless.
How is my data protected?
All communication between your browser and Holdereasy is encrypted via HTTPS. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Our infrastructure is built with security best practices at every layer.
